Alarm Receiving Centre Service
Custodial Group are please to be able to offer connected alarms which are linked to an accredited Alarm Receiving Centre. In the event of an event on your alarm system such as an intruder alarm , a signal is sent via GPRS to the ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre). The ARC receive notification of the alarm who then contact the keyholder who will be asked to attend. It can be configured so if there is a loss of power or a fault occurs with an alarm, the ARC will be notified and you will be contacted.
